Very inspiring and helpful! I've had mine a month, and I need to spread my wings on sound creation, and this is a great demo for that. Please keep doing videos even though the 06 has been out a while, it's still valuable to us newbies!

Thanks Ed, good vid. Could you do something on the the old Fantom X with brass expansion? I had a requirement for big band simulation, but was concerned with the correct ranges for the different brass parts, how to get sn authentic brass splits sound?

Ed, great stuff. I use it a lot (especially the three top sounds). I have a question about the effects. When you place the tones in the set they will get chorus 0 and reverb 20. The default sounds are on chorus 40 and reverb 45. What’s your general advice about the effect settings? Is this relevant or not that much?

Also can each track on the sequencer be at a different tempo? In some of the arpeggio settings they sound better at a faster tempo and give it that robotic feel that Carpenter had but at the same time I want the drums to be slow as well as the general saws.
