Fabric Tags for Junk Journals- Step by Step Process

Welcome ! I love combining paper with fabric. In todays project we will create mixed media tags. These little fabric tags are a lovely addition to any journal and I am sure you will find the process easy to follow.I always enjoy mixed media tags as they combine my love of paper with fabric. Gather your supplies and let's get started!
I have been busy tea dying papers, gathering vintage laces, and scouring for vintage ephemera to add to this journal. I love the process of planning to seeing each Junk Journal come to life in my studio!! It gives me the greatest pleasure to share each creation with you here.

Gina I can really relate on how wearing the wind can be, I dpn think ours is quite as bad as what you are getting there but if not for the fact my mother being 86 and needing help I would be moving anywhere less windy, I am loving seeing what you create with limited supplies, It really showcases your brilliant creative mind and I for one am finding this very inspiring, Take care and hopefully you move out the wind soon, Hugs and Smiles

Where are you guys camping that has all this wind? I’m a new subscriber and I’ve watched a few videos and it sounds like your camping excursions have not been all you had hoped. How long have you been on the road? I could never leave all my crafty stuff behind and I have buildings full. I can’t go more than a few days without creating. I even took a toolbox with my jewelry supplies on a seven day cruise. I made it 5 days before I broke it out at the pool. I even sold a few pieces. I tie my knots by taking both ends between my left thumb and fore finger and wrap the looped end around once. Then roll your forefinger that’s on top of the thread back towards your wrist and then pull the knot. My grandmother taught me. You can probably look it up on KZfaq. I have enjoyed your videos. Glad you came up on my feed. Tyfs
