Chelsea fans are really delusional if they think that they are getting Osimhen. Chelsea has to sell between 150-200m worth of players before the 30th of June this summer to avoid FFP/PSR breach. Unlike Everton or Nottingham Forest Chelsea had no "mitigating circumstances" for breaching FFP/PSR rules. This means that Chelsea will get the full wrath of the EPL when it comes to a points deduction next season. We could be talking about a 10 or even 20-point deduction. Chelsea has to sell to buy now, but no club will give Chelsea a good price for their players, especially when they know that Chelsea is desperate to avoid an FFP/PSR breach. Chelsea are not getting Osimhen or any top players. Boehly has destroyed Chelsea FC.
