3:24 EXACTLY!! THANK YOU!! One does not have to sit with stilled mind to meditate! Contemplation accompanied with heartfelt passion in wanting to acquire and understand the answers to one's questions about anything., is meditation in itself. Lisa Simpson's character was wrong., only because "she" didn't know any better. And sure, I had dead Gurus appear to me in dreams leading me to an srf church where seven hours later after participating in my first and only three-hour meditation class, my "third-eye" briefly opened, preventing the draw of breath due to the feeling of being electrified while simultaneously revealing the inner workings of this body's skull, but this does not imply that this kind of experience is required in order to connect to that "divine" source from within., because every "thing" is already made of light.
