Its not right to take that right away from otherwise law abiding citizens, we all deserve the best chance at surviving an attack, you're always already at a disadvantage being the one being attacked, you can minimize your risk of dying in an attack with some training(most people including criminals have none) and the proper tools to defend your life. Also again a common misconception, the only time someone can purchase a gun without a background check is through a private sale. Which the seller can still require a background check and are supposed to if they don't know the person or have reason to believe this person has had their fire arms rights stripped by a judge.

I usually feel bad for bad people. It's like, I keep in mind that they care. Something happened in their childhood or adult life that shook them to the core and they proceeded to care and obsess over it so much, so much to the point that it destroyed them into recreation. This is horrible,,,the story was very big because he was beaten so badly that he couldn’t go into court that way,the outrage from his family was so sad.
