Gotta remember when the old Fairfield packs came out, the hobby was in a bad rut so better cards can be found in them! Modern Fairfeild mostly yields garbage.

I agree with you, which is why I took a chance on this older Fairfield box off of eBay.

Since you’re an old school Twins guy, you might like this. Roy Smalley is or at least was a financial adviser for Morgan Stanley. I worked in the same tower in DT Minneapolis where his office was. My boss was an older lady and she would fawn all over him when she saw him in the elevator. Those guys did not make much back in those days compared to now.

I wish they would bring back manager cards…would be better than the team cards they put in Series 1 and 2 now.

I can't believe it's legal to sell those packs. Lol. It was like looking through my collection from back in the day. Maybe $7 worth of cards in 3 boxes. Yeesh!😢

Thanks for another entertaining video! I've bought two boxes of the new repack and my only hit was a signed Bubba Crosby minor league card. I heard how terrible they were but saw on Twitter that a guy pulled a Cal Ripken, Jr. auto out of one box. My boxes had terrible players from yesteryear, but your boxes seemed better. The Buster Posey pull was nice! May I ask when did you pick up the older repack.
