My daughter was admitted fOr spring intake Jan 24 in UT ALLINGTON (MS in MIS) but did not find it safe to stay, alot of hardships, no local transportation facility to go Wal-Mart. the sad thing was she had to leave and come back

Better to not have a gap - join an internship even if unpaid, work on real projects but don’t sit idle

I applied to carlson is for their supply chain concentration and courses which intersted me, and helps me land into healthcare & Automotive careers, in operations/supply chain etc. And Also applied to: Michigan Broad- MBA Merage school (UC Irvive): MBA UC Davis: MBA Syracuse Uni: MBA Katz Business School: MS Supply chain MS Industrial engineering. Out of these which would be idead to opt, for MBA if admitted.

I am a parent from Kerala. For a middle class student from India, with regard to MS in Biomedical Engineering, is a costly place and university like SJSU or CSU Long Beach or are less expensive places and universities like UCF/USF in Florida or UT Austin Texas/College Station/Dallas the better options?

Actually my doubt was if it is better to study in CAL or to study in TEXAS or FLORIDA looking at OPT after course and job potential for Biomedical@@rahdreams

Mam this point of internship is specifically for 12 months MS programs, right? A course with higher duration could help get internship later?

No even with 18 month course, you can’t do summer internship if starting in spring
