I agree with previous comment saying Lat Resort, however this song is the first of a trilogy that tells the singers story. The next two songs are Losing My Life and Drugs. This video shows his addiction to heroine that is what the black stuff is she spits in his mouth. Do Last Resort but come back to this story it is fantastic.
