Its: find the thing you are using in there inventory, then get all of that, then go to your screen and sell 1, then sell all the rest, after doing that don't press the ammo for the whole time other then I think the get anything from vender

Just so everyone knows, you can either drop your ammo on the floor next to you or give it to a companion so you don't lose it. Also, to anyone having trouble doing this with the Brotherhood of Steel vendor - it works with the 5mm rounds (minigun ammo) or fusion cells

Update, The bullet meter when doing the second glitch needs to be about 100 or over, otherwise you'll buy them and you won't get the unlimited caps to buy everything

Guys if you don't want to give too many of your rounds of ammo, just go make any container and put the majority of your ammo there. This helped me out and I didn't realize it right away.

A little tip for this process. If you don't want to lose any of your ammo then just store all of your ammo (every type of ammo) on your companion. Then do the glitch normally. Once your done the glitch you can then get all of your ammo back from your companion!

You can actually just give all of the ammo you;re planning to use to your companion, then do the glitch and take it back from your companion after. This way, you never lose any ammo and can still use the glitch perfectly. Been doing it all day, can confirm it works this way. And thanks for the video man, I appreciate it!

I believe there is another cap glitch. There is a doctor on BS blimp on the under level past the arms dealer. U go down stairs and walk to front then head up a flight of stairs. You'll find a doctor asking for blood samples. I was able to collect to and stack them. I returned and got 250 for 3. You can repeat just like technical documents

Just a tip for those experiencing trouble. I attempted this on PS4 using 5.56 initially. Wouldn't work. I tried 10mm as seen in the video, and it worked. I would recommend only using 10mm from the get go to avoid any trouble, although I suppose it could also work with other ammo types

So far this works perfectly on all the vendors apart from Proctor Teagan on The Prydwen, I've found for him, you have to first make sure you sell him all the ammo type you have that you want to 'use' then complete as normal.

Before you do this second part of the glitch (where you get the ridiculous amount of caps stacked up), make sure to get the vendor in the negative from the first glitch.

Get the cap collector perk 3, all vendors have 1000 caps, wait 48 hours and they have 1000 caps again, also store ammo on a companion or at base to make sure you lose no ammo

before you do this glitch it is best to drop all but twenty of the bullets your using because then you dont lose all of them. exp: You have 100 10mil rounds, drop 90 of them then do the glitch. after you do the glitch go and pick your ammo back up so you dont lose all of your ammo for that one gun.

There's an NPC to barter with there who sells SHIPMENTS of cloth, wood, plastic, fertilizer, etc. Just keep cleaning her out and running to the chem station next door. you can spam making Jet and ultra jet. =] Just keeping waiting on the chairs for 48 hours for her to respawn her inventory. her name is Connie Abernathy. WASH RINSE REPEAT and craft stuff for little xp =D

Turned you have to change the type of vendors ammo if the one didnt work, 90 percent works to all vendor.

I found if one ammo doesn't work try a different one. I've done this with traveling caravans as well. (Bonus) you can tie this in with a slight XP glitch that I found. If you do this with Doctor Sun in Diamond City you can get free shipments of crafting items. Then use the Chemistry Table to carts Jet, Buffs, Stims, Psycho etc......it's a slight XP boost but if your going to Rinse and Repeat on this money glitch you may as well get the most out of it. Please if someone can make a video of this working so others can know before it gets patched.

a couple tips, if the ammo trick isnt working, try a different type of ammo. you can drop your ammo and do the glitch and after pick them back up. second, if you double the amount of ammo rounds the vender holds you can then go the the venders inv. to speed up the glitch, 2X is the key.

There is a better way to do this. Once you have the glitch working, go back to the vender's side and click on the ammo. It raises the caps exponentially for some reason.

GUYS A TIP! if you get killed or have to reload the save the glitch will not work if you try to redo the glitch with the same ammo you used before you got killed or reloaded the save. easy fix, simply use another type of ammo ;)

+Adam Harbaugh you just have to sell the particular ammo then attempt to buy it back ect put one back ect.. you have to actually sell it first. works with any ammunition
