Thank you, Spooner! This is genius. I love the Mirelurk pen and the trap door! What a great restaurant, it is so naughty-cal! Love the viewing platform, I’d definitely come and watch! You gave me what I wanted to see…that Mirelurk Vat!!! That kitchen is gorgeous!!!!! Great cryo freezer, yes it is SOE! My go to mod! This place looks even better at night! Absolutely beautiful work on this build! You've rebuilt the site so well it took me a few minutes watching to figure how the layout was set. That wall, all of that wall, sweet. Love the effects use, when I see a chance I like using fog effects. Gives a mood. And that boiling mirelurk, perfectly realized idea! Nice crafting there. For me the winner was the walkway up the cliff side to the deck and main building above. Freakin' beautiful! Hat's off to you, Sir! And to Game Town for inspiring the build!

This was cool, personally want to make Coastal Cottage a government outpost. Far Harbor and north-eastern refugees come down the road where they get processed and stay until the government assigns them a settlement to live.

There is a place in west Virginia called hillbilly hotdog that would make an amazing build. I don't know if there is a walk through of the place, but it was on dinners drive-ins and dives if anyone remembers that show

Nice build Spoonerdee and a suggestion you can use the Wasteland Workshop dlc cages to catch mirelurks that are friendly if you put in a powered Beta-wave emmiter in the settlement to pacify them. The emmiter works for all caged creatures except Human or Super Mutants but Feral Ghouls and Mutant Hounds are effected.

This has to be my favourite of your builds that I have yet seen! Such a creative use of that really annoying pit/cave/hole in the ground from the vanilla site!! It makes perfect sense in the narrative that you are telling with this build and is pure genius! Oh and that kitchen... That kitchen is plain awesome!! Funnily enough I am currently in the middle of constructing a kitchen of my own on a similar scale (mine's at Sunshine TIdings Co-op). But it pales into insignificance when compared to the incredible way you have combined assets to create such a magical result as this! Like you I have long looked at that Mirelurk Broiler in FH and thought I would love to do something with it. But I have NEVER thought to simply put a statue inside it as a substitute for a "real" mirelurk... Again such a simple idea, once you see it done. Congratulations on creating something truly wonderful with this build my friend. I look forward to the next one.

Great job and great video as usual. Thanks to share. An Atom Cats garage is really cool to make. I used the Red Rocket Truck Stop near Sanctuary to do mine (little tour on my channel), I really had fun on this project. So I plan to colonize the Red Rockets on the map with the Atom Cats. A sort of new faction in the Commonwealth 🙂

Do that one riverside settlement in the south west where the one lady lives. And make it into a luxury resort. It woukd be one big building connecting the preexisting buikdings with overhead extension of the building from one side ofnthe entrance to the other with the areas below being covered entrances to the central courtyard area. The bottom floors of the resort woukd have ground floor shopping, restaurants, a bar, and perhaos even a ballroom in that large buikding to the right hand side opposite of where the lady stays. The river side would have an outside riverside cafe for light meals and tea around that small building near the water. Above would be three floors of a U shaped buikding with resort rooms on either side of the hallway, and have luxury suites on the top floor. The grumpy lady can be at the front desk fir check ins.

@@spoonerdee Then perhaps Tenpines Bluff. The area is on a raised area for a good view on one side, and the raised land on parts around it creates a space for a recessed courtyard. The building could be square or rectangle shape with an entry on the front with the hill leading up to the area being like a grand entrance with some stairs and paths. The first floor would be in the front with the front counter, and the sides to the north and west could have a patio and pool area with the patio having an out door cafe. Restaurants, shops, and a ballroom can be on the first few floors above that around the courtyard area and then rooms on the floors above. The courtyard in the center could even be covered with a skylight at the top roofline area, and the patio on the side could have a decent sized balcony above it on one part that would be part of the second floor restaurant.

What about a place with a DEATCLAW moat, or two walls one with Deathclaws trapped between space between walls. With ramps so bad people can walk up into deathclaw pit?
