I couldn't find any concise tutorial on how to do this, so I whipped this up.
I was in God Mode when I made this, which is why I had 999 of every resource, and the "Additional Pylon" item was from a mod. However, the pylon I used to light up the lights is from the game, not a mod.
EDIT 1/27/2022: Please don't ask me questions on how to do other things in Fallout 4! I'll be unable to help you, as it's been over a year since I last played the game and my memory fails me on most of the game's functions and features, despite sinking almost 500 hours into it. My computer is on its last legs and can barely handle the game due to how much I've modded it. Whoops.
