No, there are only 4 rules in New Vegas 1 - no mods for crosshair and/or sprint 2 - play every DLC 3 - Ulisses is a degenerate 4 - degenerates (except a 1 int Courier) belong on a cross

@@ChiefCrewin mine is usually 1S 4P 1E 10C 1I 10A 10L makes for a really fun hot gunslinger build who blows snot bubbles during conversations but fixes every problem by sleeping with everyone they meet. First two perks i get is always bisexuality

Fallout 1 and 2 had ALL dialogue different (i think) if you had 1 int. Same with "Arcanum of steamworks and magic obscura"(A good oldie).

you REALLY should do it. you can have up to 3 int to get the low int dialogues, and its totally worth losing the extra XP from int. Its a barrel of laughs having everyone treat you like a baby in a nuclear wasteland.

0:45 that was the best mix of scenes ever created and I thank you, even if its here for such treason. It's so perfect. I replayed it like 20 times before even getting to the real video it's so good. Gotta say I'm glad more people are getting into Fallout, I've been a fan since fallout 3 got it right after it came out through sheer luck that my mom let me since it was my money (the perk of mowing yards), and it's like it went from a niche rpg to being big even if thats caused changes.

Hay there Cyan, I get the same thing. Then walls in the nostrails or something the like. I DO know you DONT hold your head back, cause then you just swallo the blood which you don't re-absorb AND you can also accidentally inhale the blood while holding your head back and chock or it just ends up in the lungs...which COULD become a problem. Best way I have found is to put water (COLD) on the back of your neck while leaning over a sink or toilet (I don't judge you) and just let it flow until it slows down to a crawl, then note-up some TP and stuff it in your nose.

I always do 10 intelligence builds. Especially since I always play on Hardcore + Very hard and go after the bigger fish on low levels. You bet your ass I'm not letting any of those Giant Radscorpions near Goodsprings live. Doesn't matter I'm level 3.

I'd love to see a follow-up on this. I highly recommend doing the DLCs as well. Old World Blues is the fan favorite but Lonesome Road is my personal favorite. They're all pretty good though and they give so much more context on the events of the game, they're heavily tied in with stuff you'll be hearing about in the base game. Also, for maximum enjoyment of the game, just kinda explore and do your own thing, you'll find a lot of fun stuff to get up to. Every time I play this game, I end up spending like 80% of my time on random sidequests and messing around. Heck one of the best companions in any Fallout game I've played, Raul Tejada, is hidden very far out of the way. As a sidenote: all companions have a quest attached to them, Veronica even has an extra hidden one that I didn't know about until after I already had around 150 hours in this game.

Bloody nose tip I use a lot: fold a tissue 4 times and roll it up the other direction and plug it in your nose for 15-60 minutes and the bleeding stops

5:10 Rip a cotten ball in half, or keep it intact if your nostral is big. Then stick it inyour nose, helps stop the bleeding. Might have to swap them out depending on the amount of blood once or twice

Hey! Personal tip. If you touch your middle finger and thumb together on both your hands, your nose will stop bleeding. Don't know why it works, but it does.

i also get big nose bleeds. one trick to quickly stop it is to lean forward/down alot and press shut the nostril and it should stop within a minute.

I remember back when I was a kid, seeing the graphics of Fallout NV, meanwhile playing Cod Mw2. Immediately dropped fallout because I couldn’t sprint and the graphics were soooo different
