The guy @ 2:14 is a Ghoul a person transformed by radiation that can live forever. Valentine is a Synth a Creation of The Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

The show will take place in Los Angeles, California or The Boneyard as it's referred to in game because of the cities remains. The first 2 games as well as New Vegas takes place in the region of California and Nevada. Out of the ruins of California a new nation is formed called The New California Republic. But besides The NCR there is also a military government that forms out of soldiers that got disillusioned with the good old US of A after discovering some experiments that were going on during the war with China. The Soldiers formed the Brotherhood of Steel(the ones with the big armor and Airship) This show will take place around 10 years or so after fallout 4 and more then a few decades after New Vegas which we will finally get to see the Canon Ending for because Fallout is a game of choices.

Not played New Vegas yet. I have it purchased and downloaded though. Many reviews suggest it's the best in the series?

@@HypeTrain-Follow Bethesda Changed the style of Fallout a bit from the original games after the change to Fallout 4 but imo they made it better. Fallout New Vegas is closer in line to the Originals and alot of the og fans from the 90s call new vegas the best of the newer games and so do all the people who started with New Vegas. Fallout New Vegas was made using the same game engine as Fallout 3 but made by a different company called Obsidian Entertainment and doesnt follow the normal Bethesda Storyline of "Find your Family" but instead it follows the old Wild West theme.
