Today's magic tutorial focuses on a false faro shuffle used for card magic. This is just an idea I've been playing around with and wanted to share it with everyone. Hopefully you can use this as a starting point to your card magic and false shuffle potentials!

i cant wait !! Not sure witch color to get haha. Is there anyway you could go over the one hand pass you smoothly did in the Spidey stream.. it didn't look like the Erdinase pass you have already taught.. I've watched Xavior's video but his hands are way different than mine yours are much closer..

I really like this, it saves the top card too, and a couple false cuts and you have your held card

I saw something really nice john bannon shows to preserve a top or bottom stock where you really do a faro shuffle but cut one packet bigger than the other and offset it. If you do it sideways on so that the spectator sees the side you're not preserving weaving correctly it looks exactly right

I know how I am going to use this. Let's say they make a selection and put it back in getting a pinkie break on the card. then you can cut to that spot and either control it to the bottom or the second from top with that "shuffle" and do some sort of ambitious card with a double lift or palm it off the bottom and do a card to pocket. This technique would be a great way to control a card under the impression that you're shuffling the deck with endless possibilities. What do you think?

Hi Alex I hope you’re going to read this comment I’ll be honest I don’t see myself do this shuffle a lot but I will try I think you can make it good by doing a zaro shuffle before then it’s going to be good so it looks like I shuffled the deck and then do this one and it will be a “bonus” convincer btw Alex, three vids in one week it’s not Christmas yet love your vids

This is a very similar method to Daniel Madison's ITH (In The Hands) false shuffle, except that it's done on a table and looks like a standard table riffle shuffle. I'm definitely gonna play around with this idea and see what I can come up with!

why not learn homers false faro? Because with that you get the beautiful cascade sound as the convincer and you dont even need to draw attention to it or have them look at it because they can hear it

I've already found a way to make it better. For the first variation: Why don't you just take the top half with the left hand instead of the bottom portion? This way, you at least maintain the whole bottom half.

a normal riffle shuffle is quite advanced. people are impressed by it because they have never seen it before. so i dont think they see a fake riffle shuffle, but a "first card's on top what about the rest" shuffle 🤷🏻‍♂️
