The problem is the whole system isn’t made to protect children it’s a money laundering scheme. DCF works just like police departments where they have to make a quota of cars they pulled over DCF has to make a quota for children they take into foster care, cases they open etc. They prey on poor families generally this one just so happens to have the ability to sue them!

For CPS to make an emergency removal (i.e., remove a child from their parent's custody without a court order), the investigator needs "reasonable cause to believe" that immediate removal is necessary to protect the child from abuse or neglect along with other requirements. When a state removes a child from their parents' custody, it's considered a "seizure" under the Fourth Amendment. They need to get a Judge to sign and issue a court order authorizing the removal of a child, and since that was not the case here, the seizure of their children is presumed to be unreasonable since the parents did not consent to removal and there was no emergency (since DCF allowed the parents to take the boys home earlier, it will be very difficult for their attorneys to argue there was an emergency). In this case, CPS violated the Fourth Amendment (along with the Fourteenth) so you can put your "devil's advocate" away because a Federal District Court Judge ruled the officer and caseworkers violated a clearly established right and were denied qualified immunity.

In DCF care my 6 month old got a broken clavicle bone could have died fell out of a tree my oldest boy was raped by 6 guys and another now got a nasty scar on her nose somehow before she could talk or walk and the abusers adopted. I believe my kids were taken from me to be given to lying irresponsible child molester and nobody cares even after my kids are yelling rape other getting a full body cast nobody listens or cares about a 6 year old say that or my newborn baby in the hospital in a full body cast she could have pain for life now because of what bone was broken the clavicle bone. how did a 6 months old get up a tree did she really climb it or was placed in it? The judge believes it was a honest mistake that a 6 months old can hardly hold her head up was placed and left unattended and fell oops it's like it's her kids so nobody cares there just property nothing else to be kidnapped and sold. My oldest bill sue and press charges for taking 12 years and childhood away and sold to a rapist for no reason. I'll stop at nothing to make sure he gets what due to them all. They all will have there day in court and I'll make sure of that even if I have to become a lawyer myself and do it myself
