What’s interesting is that Katherine Waterston is still listed as a main cast member even on the new poster that was released. I’m curious how spoiler-filled Tina’s role in the film is? I also read a magazine article preview saying they may hint to some classic characters, which im hoping they could allude to young Tom Riddle and Hagrid

it is possible.. i think this took place in 1927 and riddle was born dec 31 1926.. so he was an infant when grindelwald tried to do this... grindelwald 1920s .. riddle killed harrys parents late 1970s .. hp late 80s early 90s.. grindelwald is still in azkeban prison during the hp movies, but is dumbledores age, riddle was 30 or so years younger.. just trying to help

We’re probably not getting Riddle until the last movie if at all, he really doesn’t play into Grindelwald’s story as a main villain since he’s so much younger, seeing Hagrid would be cool but he’s younger then Voldy so… personally I hope we see Bethelda Bagshot, since she’s Grindy’s great aunt or something ya know? Seems like a cool character, when not possessed by a cursed neo-nazi maladictus… this is quite an odd fandom

I like continuity in movies too. And believe Johnny Deep was poorly treated by the studio but also every time we have seen this character in both Fantastic Beasts and Harry Potter he has been portrayed by someone different. Maybe he is a metamorphmagus like Tonks who knows. Hopefully Mads does a good job.

Didn't they report that Tina's actress was ill during filming? Thier is a theory that Bunty is actually Tina Polyjuiced. Who knows we will see when the movie drops

Katherine Waterston is still listed in the IMDB for the film. She was very outspoken about disagreeing with JK Rowling's transphobic comments, which I'm glad she did as Rowling used incredibly hurtful and disgusting language, I just hope it hasn't jeopardised her role in these films.

Oddly still doesn't feel like Harry Potter or its world, I don't know what it is but it just feels wrong from a world building/directorial point of view.
