Great spot, almost beats out the VIP House 6,000 thb, but VIP location is closer to Central/T21 for shopping, and for night scene. But great video as usual, keep up the awesome work. :D

I remember you reviewed this one before as I thought wow decent deal! Good thing you addressed the noise situation, it doesn't seem too off putting really. This is a solid candidate for me to lease a few months while I figure out where in Pratumnak I will do a long term lease for 2025. Thanks! From inside the room I could barely hear the traffic from the road, but yes, they have room facing the other side
