I think of Wazukyan like a present day highly successful and charismatic cookie cutter first world politician, who has manipulated events behind the scenes. Very nice person, amicable, sociable, well-grounded. But is very sharp, with cunningness and deviousness to set long term plans and policies, as well as take actions that may be extremely reprehensible and terrible, but which he/she believes to be the greater good for the society. They are the ones who will, without blinking an eye, set objectives and may use reprehensible methods. "We make these hard decisions so that no one else will need to do so" The politician(s) have their own interests, but they typically also wants to know your interests and understand you so they can better use you to achieve the overarching goal. You survive, fine and all. You mutually benefit, Yay! High Five!. You perish, can't be helped. Part of the Butcher's Bill to pay for society to progress.
