I can confirm the excellent customer service of Farmlite. My door stopped working, they helped me troubleshoot, and when we weren't able to resolve the problem, Farmlite sent me a new control panel. While waiting for the control panel, I got a replacement door. It worked,but the opening was smaller, and my chickens had to bend significantly to enter and exit. I'm glad to have my Farmlite back. It's a great door backed by a great company.

We have a different model that opens horizontally and seems a little more complicated to install. The instruction manual had only pictures of everything that was included in the box and a diagram of how the remote work. Bummed!
