Just put one in on our OverEZ Coop. Works great. Time will tell how long it lasts. I too like the LEDs.

@loa81 you are very welcome. I only have good news to report about the door. Works great. Only had one issue but that wasn't the doors fault. The bracket for the sensor got moved and the door thought something was in the way and stayed open. A quick adjustment and it has worked ever since. I was hoping the 026 was going to make a cameo in this video to help with the opening. Good “professional” homeowner tip on drilling from both sides to prevent splintering and blow outs.

@Bradley Graham that would have been one way to do it. I had the 026 out for a spin this past weekend. Trimmed up some low limbs. What a nice saw to run. Plenty of giddy up but light enough to not wear you out. Be on the lookout, might do an update video since it has been a year since it was up and running. The drill from both sides was a trick my Dad taught me. I wish I knew half the things he forgot over the years. I miss him dearly. ~Mr. C.

@Katana-Karl the door is doing great! I have had zero issues so far. If I do I will be making a video about it. A friend of mine had him power supply get hit by lightning. He called and talked it over with the rep and they sent a replacement after some troubleshooting. Thank you for the kind comment and for watching. ~Mr. C.

mine worked for a few days and now its not opening and no lights on the door - I think it might be the battery - but why would it be drained so quickly? have you encountered this issue?

@zimzim2053 I have never used the battery. I would suspect it is the battery. I think it is only used as an emergency backup. I have only needed and used the provided power adapter. Excellent question. Thanks for watching and asking! ~Mr. C.

Is the opening big enough for a turkey ?

@Average outdoor Guy our biggest rooster fits through without an issue. Although we have never raised turkeys. A heritage breed might fit but in our opinion maybe not a commercial breed. Thank for asking! ~Mr. C.

Bad design with the power cord hanging and the hanging cord for the sensor.

@Hoyt Gmx I agree. It seems to me both were an afterthought. With minimal work the designers could have integrated both of them into the unit to produce a more streamlined product. Only time will tell. So far so good. Thanks for watching and sharing. ~Mr. C.
