Tennis court has a huge crack running from one side to the other and still hasn't been repaired. Seems Palma are happy to take huge maintenance fees and not maintain even during the Corona Virus time whet they have banned people using the tennis court. Constant beeping noise from delivery trucks and shuttle buses in and out of the Anantara Hotel next door because they have an unnecessary security barrier right on the road. Water tanks are already rusting in a development that is barely a year old. Floors are not sound proofed. Why would anyone move here let alone paying 15 Million for the above issues?

@@mangamad88 the short answer is no. There are serious noise issues here that you'd never know about during a 15 minute viewing. The Anantara Hotel has its catering and staff delivery entrance/exit and its a source of 24/7 beeping. I've contacted the hotel manager several times and they are always keen to sound as if they want to help but the staff bus drivers are just ignorant and beep the staff to hurry up and there are shift changes around the clock. The bus drivers pull half way into the entrance and the traffic can't pass on the road with the buses read end hanging out on the road so it causes a chorus of beeping horns. This is on top of the rented Lambo's (it's always Lambo's) with modified exhausts that will keep you up at 3am with them coming from Rixos as they down shift for the speed bump right outside Serenia and then red line every gear after the speed bump. They literally think that you want to hear the amazing noise of a Lambo when you actually have a meeting in 4 hours. Nothing is going to mask that type of F1 noise outside your window so get used to work days with little sleep. Add mold too in the summer as there are units that apparently have it much worse than mine and according to the maintenance guys many units aren't sealed appropriately (from build) and the hot air coming inside meeting the overworked AC to chill the apartments have streams of condensation on the walls and windows. The tennis court is still busy with coaches shouting across the net so enjoying the balcony is also challenging.

But it was an actual call that I picked up on loud speaker and luckily my camera guy was able to record the conversation! 😆 so I guess the idea was to tell people that content creation in real estate will help definitely help them!

Obscene how you are obsessed with wealth. There is another world of people out there who would like to live in Dubai. I would like to retire there but not on my widows pension. Time you got realistic.
