As a Wired owner...your words about picking your spots are right on. I ride it like 15 mph around some people...when I get way out of town with nobody around, let it gooo.

It feels really good to stay up with traffic on this bike. I was out for a ride today and my route took me on a busy road with a speed limit of 35. I had to slow down to let a truck pass me and the guy gave me a thumbs up for the speed haha!

Definitely loving your videos! Keep it up! Im the same way with picking my moments for speed. On the trails i stay around 16 to 20mph. I feel like the faster your going in limited spaces the more likely you are to make a bad decision and crash or cause trouble.

Been retired and riding e-bikes in Cincinnati Ohio since early 2018 and it's the best thing I bought in retirement. You were saying at the beginning of the video the lack of turn signals and I think I have a solution for you. The best bicycle helmet with turn signals is the GIRO ETHO MITS and it's $250 but worth every penney. Also,Tuscon has a 132 mile trail called "the loop" and I'll be riding that sometime between May and September.Subscribed to your channel..

Love the sarcasm, that's the kind of commentary I think to myself when I'm on a ride 😂. I've noticed that everyone in the US stays to their side of the trails in YT videos but here in UK they're all over the place and when you wanna pass they stare at you like rabbits in headlights 🐰. I have the very same bike, same color and all ... and I live in the east valley (San Tan). Plenty of desert trails. The thing is a monster!

Bought a Wired Freedom, now I only can watch videos for about 7 weeks till it arrives. 😞 The trail you took really cheered me up. "Wait a minute I know this trail" I says to myself. That's the Arizona Canal / Skunk Creek Trail. I rode the crap out of that trail when it was newish in the early 90's. 30 year old memories surfaced. Fun video, "Relax folks just a retiree on his cruiser, no e-bike menace here". Disappointed you didn't ring the bell while passing all those people on the left, the classic responsible old guy move. 😁

Man that WIRED bike is fast! I have an AZUB Ti_Fly recumbent trike with a Class 1 Shimano E6000 mid-drive up front. Usually I cruise at 8 to 12 mph (75 miles per battery charge). If I'm going downhill I can easily get up to 35 mph, but it's gnarly. Where I ride, I'd be taking out pedestrians, raccoons and deer at that speed. I'm going to have to check that bike out; that looks like too much fun. Love the orange color. That would be my choice. Enjoyed your commentary. You are a funny dude. Nice; thanks for posting.

First time seeing one of your videos, you've earned a subscriber. I like your attitude. I'm going to be putting together my own e-bike soon with similar performance to the Wired Freedom, so I've been watching videos of those to get an idea what to expect. Except I'm going to have a 2.4-inch tire in the front and a 2.8-inch tire in the rear, with some good road center tread and offroad side knobs. I'm anticipating having better traction and cushioning than I'm used to on a regular bike, but still nowhere near as thick and heavy as 4-inch fat tires, so my bike will still kind of look and feel more like a bike. Right now I've just been riding a Heybike Race Max, motor gets around 19.8 mph but it's fairly easy to maintain 23 mph with pedaling, which is fast enough to need to slow down for politeness, though I could probably go faster on a normal street bike now that I'm back in riding shape. I'm glad to see you being courteous to pedestrians and trying to give e-bikes a better reputation, I feel exactly the same way about that. Much as I like to have fun and joke around, I'm willing to be the buzzkill that reminds people to slow down 8-15 mph for passing pedestrians and cyclsits, and give them as much space as possible even if that means hopping off the sidewalk onto the sloped grass to go around them when they don't move over. Just like you said, it only takes a few of the wrong people getting mad, for them to call local officials and get changes made to make things harder for e-bike riders. I keep forgetting to get a camera so I can make videos of me just riding around the city, giving people an idea of what to expect, showing the conditions of the sidewalks and trails here in VA Beach/Hampton Roads, and showing people how to ride courteously on the road, sidewalks, and trails.

I got ripped when I got away from carnivore, if your really can stay away from the hotdogs, bologna, sausage, salami, the real refines meat is type 1 carcinogen, classed by world health organization, i love your bike, trying to pick one for a friend. I wonder what your range is on that. That ride 1up step through the new one starts with a P is nice, sorry
