Editing Journey:
I am very excited to release my new Fast 11 what if trailer because last trailer made 1m views in 1 month. It shows how much people want to see Brian O-Connor back. I almost didn’t make Fast & Furious 11 dream trailer because I could not find any over the top car action scenes. Good thing I still proceeded because there are many fresh clips from the cast to make the trailer realistic. Also making the last Fast film less over the top and more grounded is a good move for the final send of the franchise. So that it will be a form of tribute to the blockbuster franchise of Fast & Furious. My plan from the start was to begin the trailer without being repetitive showing Dom and his son cliffhanger in Fast X.
I begin act 1 showing Dom talking to his son. I made the conversation mention uncle Brian saving them, so that answers the question how did they survived. This scene was great because its a deleted scene from Fast 9 so its fresh. For Dante Reyes scenes I found a commercial the actor is being goofy which was perfect for his character, so this was a big plus for the trailer. Act 2 I made Dom call Brian telling him about Dante Reyes. Then I showed Hobbs and Dante face to face, since Dante is on the hunt for him. A plus from act 3 is the line from Letty talking about racers. Line wise I made Dom talk about how God has protected them since day one, which works well since they have been questioning their invincible qualities, how they are able to survived all this time.
