I learned windmills in one month, only because I was practicing everyday for literally 3 hours each day. So worth it.

I'm kind of chubby, I learned windmills in one month but I wasn't staying consistent on practicing it. I think it might be more of mental understanding of the dance. Dope!

you read my mind ! that's exactly my problem.. i do windmill too slow.. and the problem is that i don't use my legs and i know that.. but i just don't know how to use them i don't feel them and if i concentrate on my left leg i forget about the right.. if i think about the right i forget about my left.. and. i never get to use both foots.. i don't know .. practice it will be all that i can do.. to resolve the problem.. but this "tutorial" is very good for those who don't know what the problem is

kick more to your face, try to use momentum to backspin. if you can spin more than 5times, instead of spinning use it to get height. legs are kicking to turn in a circular motion, keep same distance between both and try to play on pelvis.

Im having the issue where im not sure if i need to have my legs completely locked the entire . Are your legs completely locked the entire time? Its looks when you're about to restab your legs slightly bend and when you go to your back they look liked they are locked. How to do I utilise my flexibility better?

Could you check my windmills out on my channel? thanks!! I tend to fall on my lower back and my left leg does not seem to whip the way I want it to. I find it hard to collapse and stick my head on the floor like how you do it. I can do like 10 forced windmills but I really wish I could learn no handed windmills one day. But I've to learn how to whip properly or stay tight or something right?
