Couple of issues here... You won't be able to switch on abl until you have run and stored the probing. Also, prints will be in the air unless you set the z offset correctly.

Everything seemed fine on mine except now it’s trying to print mid air instead of on the bed, mine does have the latest updates from BIQU

so if my bl touch and my b1 didn't come with that cable it came with an internal 5 pin cable, how do i hook it up to the motherboard on the inside? or am i screwed and gonna have to buy one of those cables. and where do i get that cable from?

How do I turn on ABL it will not change if I hit Enable auto bed levelling

Does it just say failed to enable bed leveling after u press it? Because thats what happens to me

I have tried numerous ways to get it to install including yours, but it prints in the air. It auto home's to the left-hand bottom corner by manufacturer default, so I can get a true Z offset. I may have a newer version of the printer. Mother Board is the SKV V2, with Marlin bugfix-2.0-7.2.x installed from the factory. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What did you have to do with the firmware ? or did plugging in the probe notify the firmware that a probe was present?

I actually know of this. It is build into the firmware. Once you connected the BLTouch, it is loaded on the system. No need for added updates and such.

You need to update for Luke’s firmware (community firmware). The official firmware (even newest update at this date) has a bug with X Offset. The printer makes all the configuration easy as in this video, but later it will print in the air. So… you can update the printer to latest official Screen firmware, and latest Luke’s Marlin firmware.

well now I just feel like a idiot, followed different instructions that had me unplug the Z endstop and I couldn't get it to work d'oh

You need to update the Screen firmware for the latest official one, and the Marlin firmware for the latest Luke’s firmware.

@@macvideo Link to lukes firmware? And is it for the SKR 2? I found another preset firmware but it was for the 1.4 version.

you really need to change the color of the wall behind you to something darker like tan grey or wood paneling the white reflects too much light back at the camera.

that is not the bl touch. wires aren't compatible
