I have been using your hot/cold universal film for a while now and never had issues. Recently AAPrintsupplyco ran out of stock so I have been trying out this film and I have mixed feelings. Larger graphics seem to peel easier than smaller (which is normal with out hot peel films in the market), however the inconsistency I am having across all peels coming smoothly off of the film is bothersome to me. I know every heat press is different, and am still running tests to find that perfect temp/pressure ratio. A longer form video discussing the film with do's and don'ts would be great I think so that we can replicate and trial and error off of your visuals! Thanks for sharing this video! Hope this comment doesn't come off too negative!

Hey there, thank you for the feedback. When you mention inconsistency, are we referring to the resistance on physically peeling the transfer off? Or are we losing parts of the image not sticking to the garment? Without seeing the issue firsthand, I would advise an increase in pressure. I can totally see the value in more of a detailed breakdown on this film and will look to get this into production. Where can I get this? I have a uninet 100. I need to press at 350 degrees for 18 seconds. Then wait for it to cool to take the transfer off. Then put the shirt back on the heat press and apply the T-seal for another 18 seconds.

Hey there, here is the link to the new Quick Glide, I think you will see much improvement in your workflow and print quality: aaprintsupplyco.com/products/color-prime-quick-glide-dtf-film-rolls Also, for the longest use of your T. Seal be sure to drop your temp to 290 F before using and never press above 300 F. I mention this because like your current film most options I see on the market call for temps above 300 F for the initial press

I’ve using Ecofreen hot peel and it works well but still on large graphics specifically on polyester garment it feels like a sticker. Does new film feels better than Ecofreen?

Hello there, thanks for tuning in! In my opinion, even on heavier coverage areas of ink, the new Quick Glide film has a softer hand feel. What heat press settings do you use for the polyester?

@@AAPrintSupplyCo I use 285 degrees for 10 seconds then a second press for 8 seconds. Using a hotronix heat press.

Hello, the hand feel on this film is tremendous! Perfect amount of ink absorbing and release layer together in one amazing film. What are you using for a cover sheet currently? And what pressure?

@@AAPrintSupplyCo I used a local screen printer for DTF and OMG it felt like paper, putting the shirt I could feel. It is was a two color design. I really don’t like the feel.
