Today's video is a Fat Burning Workout that is safe Postnatal Exercise and Diastasis Recti Repair. I get a lot of feedback that postnatal workouts for diastasis recti don't actually feel like a good workout. I wanted to put together a good workout that was also safe for your core after pregnancy. I provide modifications for if you are newly postpartum (after you are cleared for exercise by your doctor) or more advanced options for moms at any stage.

I love your channel sooo much!! Your workouts although challenging they are easy for me to follow, im not super coordinated and I love that they aren't complicated. Thank you so much for this workout! Finally, I feel here's something for me as I have diastasis recti since my delivery, 12 years ago. All your moves are keeping moms like me in mind but its great that you give options/ modifications to notch it up or take it light. I feel that now I can repair and recoup myself.

I crushed it. Thank you for your post partum workouts. After my 1st baby I really struggled to get fit again and this time after my second I wanted to start getting back to fitness sooner rather than later- but I had a c-section. These workouts make it easy to know I am working at a safe level.

I crushed it! And I loved this workout. I’ve been doing your workouts since I was in my third trimester. How almost 3 months into postpartum and just got to start working out again this week. Still loving it, and this one stepped up the challenge level for me which was nice. Felt good to sweat again 😂 Thanks again for all your advice and workouts!!

Thank you for these. I hate working out and have a very hard time doing it and you are the only instructor I really like. I have had diastasis recti since my first born (14 years ago) and just within the last five years understood what it was so thank you for making videos to help my fix it. My middle (10) loves your kid videos too. Thank you for making our health a little bit better!

I crushed it 😊 I'm so thankful for your videos, I'm 4,5 months post partum and it's hard to find time to get back to working out since I got back to work 😔 But since my son started to sleep through the night and have a sleep schedule, I try to follow one of your videos whenever I have enough time and have enough energy, and it really help me to feel better 😊

I crushed it! My baby is just 3 months old. I was nervous about exercising again because my body felt week and shapeless but your workouts are giving me the confidence to rebuild strength and learn to be patient whilst slowly getting back into shape.

I crushed it! (got weak & wobbly with those squat jumps in a circle haha, but otherwise did pretty good first go!). I've had 3 csections, kids now aged 6, 4 and 10mths old and have been on a long search for reliable, yet effective workout routines in one spot that challenge me but are very conscious of diastasis recti with each movement/exercise (my gap is currently approx 3cm). I discovered you a few days ago and I'm addicted! Haha. Already sharing with my mum friends! Thank you for all your wisdom and time making these videos for us busy mummas! - From Sydney, Australia!

I was bearing down.. Though I have positive effects from simply engaging my core with blueberry enaging as per your advice! By simply doing just that 'on the go' while carrying my baby or walking around the house during my chores :) now I realised how to engage not too much! Many thanks Jessica😊

Crushed it! My little girl is 10 months old and I have been getting on and off the wagon with working out for the last 6 months. I’m hoping to get back on it now and keep at it until my diastases is healed and I am back to being strong and can fit my old clothes again before I go back to work in 6 months! I semi crushed this workout 😅 some moves were a bit difficult to do postpartum. Muscles are not fully functional yet. Thanks for always keeping diastis recti in mind as many of us suffer from it and some moves could be damaging. I wish I knew this with my first baby. My baby #2 just completed 2 months 💕

This was a great workout. I've been nervous about getting back into my regular workout routine pre-pregnancy and this was a challenging workout that I know will help me get back into my normal routine as I make that transition.

Crushed it! With first baby lost weight postpartum and was back to peak fitness in three months. Second baby (8weeks), have 3cm diastasis, am 3kg heavier and am in total shock! Your videos are really helpful!
