Read my post.All have been charged with murder and warrants issued.However there is a technicality.He threw the first punch.Seriously people need to do their research before commenting.The charges and warrants were issued the beginning of the week not yesterday.

He was out front planting a rose bush for his wife when the group of thugs approached his home and wanted the son to come out he told them to leave and drop it and that is when they jumped him. He qas rushed to the hospital with brain swelling and in a coma he passed away a few days later. His son and wife witnessed the whole thing and it is on video but no arrests have been made.

This is a very sad story and he did not deserve this The arrest should have been done that day. My family knows the feeling of loosing a loved one to violence we're still waiting almost 9 years and we're still waiting. I'm sorry his wife and son had to witness that and he was right to tell them to leave it was over. May he rest in peace. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

@@jesney0842 Self defense has gotten much worse legally under Trudeau. To my knowledge, before this guy came into office no other PM publicly stated Canadians had no legal recourse to defend themselves against lethal force. It sounds absurd just saying it out loud. I'm 66 years old, when I was around 12 I went with my father into one of the old Woolco stores and bought a 16 gauge shotgun, along with a box of shells. I've never shot anyone and I don't know anyone else my age who has. Every single gun law added to the every increasing list of them does absolutely zero in preventing gun crime.

Lamont, they should not have been on his property. With that being said he chose to go outside instead of closing his door and calling 911. No one pulled him outside. He went willingly. He was outnumbered yet went outside and threw the first punch. The guy that he punched bodyslammed him causing his death. As a female legal gun owner with an arsenal in my home l still wouldn't have gone outside to confront these idiots because l don't know if I'm outgunned. When you are outnumbered and you don't know whether they have concealed weapons it's best to call the police. I wish that this young man had called the authorities. I hate that this young man lost his life. All of this was due to teens feuding over $30. No, l wasn't there. I read what the police reported to the media.

I remember when I got in a fight at the pool with 2 girls, because I was defending my friend, my mom was not on my side, she never was, and my dad didn’t want to press charges, he spoke to one of the moms and said “oh she was very nice” he didn’t care as long as the hospital bill got paid by insurance, he didn’t care about pressing charges. My friend that I was defending ran away. I felt better years later after she made friends with wanna be gang bangers, and got her nose broken.

Obviously he got beat up by all of them not just one , and obviously they couldn’t accept that their friend got beat up by one person , that so sad! Parents need to be very careful with their children and this is occurring in schools and how principals favored more the bullies then the one that are being picked at. They’re inside the schools I witnessed it , i even saw two ambulances after school and one 👮‍♀️ because some kids got beat up very bad. Specially after school and the principals know about it but they play the ignorant. Parents be aware of this situation open your eyes

When I was growing up, adults didn't involve themselves in kid's fights. Mainly because the kids fighting would forget about it and be hanging out together by the next day.
