Fantastic info >thank you!! - even tho I had ME/CFS before my stroke and brain surgery for an interior cartioid aneurysm - all in the last 6 moths. Brain surgery 3 weeks ago. I’m gobbling up all your vids! I can’t exercise much- I can move though… thanks again!
