It's very complicated. My partner, suffered a stroke at 21 yrs old. She, has a lot of symptoms of having stroke with emotional health and fatigue. She is very active. She is a figure skater and eats a very balanced meals. However, she should get professional help because no one was there when she suffered the trauma and at the time of her stroke, she lost mobility however she kept walking around hospital bed to regain strength.

Keep moving no matter how much numbness....keep moving and wiggling fingers.

Range of motions ..... keep moving your neck head arms . Keep moving around
