My stroke, 1.5 years ago is like no other. I have an unheard of Yin / Yang cycle good day / bad day. My glute muscles lock up on Yin day. I have taken the ASEA molecule signalling supplement, and the patterns are starting to change. Also use iTeraCare wand. I love Arjan's explanations, and stroke.rehab is full of solid info... given very generously. Bravo

I'm a stroke survivor, one year after...and have made great improvement all around, except my left hand spasticity that I'm struggling with... It feels that it's got worse lately, and I don't know why... I 've been practicing Pilates for my stroke rehab strength, mobility, balance and flexibility. I am a Pilates Practitioner and it's been quite helpful to do a lot of the work at home. I need some help however, with my left hand spasticity, and a couple of other limitations (shoulder restricted ROM, and some face numbness, and on & off headaches)

I have searched all the websites for answers to my speech, voice, throat troubles and I came across your excellent story. My daughter had a stroke two years ago and she has lost use of her right arm, and her right leg, because of her stroke. She also has aphasia, but she is alert and can sing songs, but she gets confused when there are too many people talking. And I don't know what I have and I have gone for tests and the doctors say there is nothing wrong with me. I can't speak, but I make sounds. I can't chew my food so it needs to be pureed and I have a hard time swallowing. But like you I am healing myself by doing research on the web and practicing my speech. But I am able to move my limbs, and do other physical things. It's just my speech that's affected. I hate to bore you but I needed to explain my situation and you gave me hope and inspriation. I have a positive mind and I AM GOING TO HEAL MYSELF. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Dear Arjan and Linda I am recovering from a stroke I had in October 2022. I had a stroke in the left side of the brain, so it infected my right hand and leg. Luckely it hasn't affected my talk or brain function except the less of energy you are talking about. I went to hospital for four days and then luckily I went to a local rehab place , where I learned to use what was left of abilities, not trying to start from scratch . In the bed on the hospital I used openai to tell me what to do to recover from stroke. I am already a psykotherapist, so I am trained to look at the word more holistic. So after watching this in any way great video , I can see that I already did almost everything of your suggestions 8 out of 10: Food=more veggies ,Meditation/mindfullness, easy yoga= mostly breathwork, nutricions, change medications to as natural as possible, interval training, weight combined with balance. Right now I use my own skills to speed up the neurogenesis, by imaginary/hypnosis work with the help of the placebo. It is a very interesting travel I am on. I still need to get better in balance, so I can skip my nordic walking sticks, but your fine work Linda and Arjan make me feel a little less lonely in this proces. Hope to meet you one day in Cyprus or Sweden , or Spain if you have plans to go there some day. Keep the good work❤ Bo from Denmark

Does this apply to me, because I had my ischemic stroke 3 yrs ago. Aside from learning to walk again, (very poorly), I have little progress. My insurance co, thinks thats good enough and won't pay for anymore therapy. (6 mos) The fatigue is awful. It's hard to do the exercises I learned at home & now its getting painful too. I don't want to give up, HELP!

Sorry to hear about your ischaemic stroke and challanges. I've had a brain haemorrage and starting experiencing severe fatigue to the extent I would collapse and have no energy. So, I started testing different supplements. The best one is Vitamin B multi-complex. It has been amazing and I no longer crash in the afternoon. Hope you might find this useful :) I've had to research a lot myself to get better.

I came across a video because it has been 9 months since my stroke I could not walk right off, and they were preparing me for never walking. I refused this. Yesterday I fell in the street here in Nicaragua, I felt hopeless. People picked me up and I felt bad said I could not sit down because the step was too low and I was afraid I would not be able to get up. I looked on the Internet and found this video because I need to be at a new level. When I heard Linda's story and saw her running I became filled with hope I watch the video repeatedly and feel I can do it. Thank you.
