Sonia G makes the best brushes, this was such a fun upload! You confirmed for me that I do in fact need the Mini Cheek as soon as it comes back in stock lol. I am slowly but surely collecting the Traditions series, totally agree with you that the T6 is a must have! The Jumbo Worker from her Fusion Eye series is a similar brush but even more cream/liquid friendly (and without the delicious arched ferrule), those two together are an incomparable team for perfect under-eyes! Especially because you love the Mini Base, the Jumbo Worker is like if the T6 had that goat/synthetic bristle mixture. I’m also beyond obsessed with the TS2 from the Select 2024 series, it blows all other lay down brushes out of the water & I’m so sad that it’s limited edition! So much so that I might buy a backup… I could just go on and on!

Just a tip: the position of the brush you use is better when you keep it upright. I notice that you let the brush flat to your face. And when you move to your hair, the hairs of the brush go the wrong way. Sorry for the difficult description. But the brush doesn’t like to go that way. It will live longer when you change that. Remember just a tip and love the way you explain about all those brushes, thank you. Bye Mirjam

Dear Claudia, I am so happy to have found your channel. It was through chance while I was searching for a review on Sonia's latest brush release ( Traditions Select 2024 ). Et voilà a channel with a creator whose coloring is closer to mine than that of my favourite European channel founder Mariam A ( who I have found when she was the first to release a review of Lisa Eldriges eyeshadow palette ) and my fellow German Nadine and Beauty ( who has an incredible collection and posts very through and balanced reviews ). And all this is topped by a love for dogs and interest/life theme of spiritual growth/way of living. Insert a happy sigh and big smile. I do hope that your house hunting in Washington state proves successful and you soon find the home you are searching for. If you find the time I would very much appreciate your thoughts on having to choose between the Sonia's 2 Traditions sets. ( Select 2024 and Keyaki Kakishibu ). I was able to purchase the Sunset Cranes Maki-e holiday set during the third and final restock. A really big splurge and I am trying to decide which additions to save up for. I have read her blog where she compared the brushes but still would enjoy your feedback. I have hooded and sensitive ( not too extreme ) eyes with mature? ( 57 yrs + cancer treatments ) skin. I already own some Wayne Goss, Sonia G and Rephr brushes but would like to build a curated collection and let other brushes go. How have you been using yours? After owning them for some weeks now are there ones you notice yourself reaching for more often than others? Hi 👋 Thank you for watching and for all the info, I will be checking out those two channels you mentioned😍 As far as the Sonia G brushes, I I didn't buy the Sunset Cranes Maki-e holiday set, so not sure what you got there already. I did buy both of the 2024 Traditions Sets, and since it sounds like you already have all the basic eye brushes covered, then I think the "Select 2024" are the nice addition, the "splurge"😍 From all the brushes I own, I did usually reach out more for the Wayne Goss, because they were smaller and more precise, however since these two last Sonia G launches, i do reach out for these more, specially the select. They are softer than the Tradition, however they are meant to be use only with powder (not cream), it is what i wear more in my eyes anyway. Hope this helps. And welcome to the channel!

@@ClaruBeautyDear Claudia Lara, thank you for your feedback - I appreciate this very much. I mostly use powders too. I got a little bit nervous because some people complained about a larger than usual gap between the ferrule and the bristles with the Select 2024 set. I do like my Wayne Goss brushes a lot but beinig late in discovering Fude and make up I was only able to get a few older brushes and own 2 of his new edition brushes. Stay safe, happy and healthy.
