''I'm all alone. I don't have anywhere to go'' In my opinion the saddest line in this game. The end of the world around the corner and it basically already ended for Cloud and Tifa.

Cid- "The vampire and the ninja are...around. Red is in the back somewhere. I don't much care about Cait Sith." Barret- "What about the kids?" Cid- "Cloud and Tifa? Outside talkin'.@^%#'in' waste of time, really. In my day, if you liked a girl, you bought her flowers and a drink and you were golden. This communicating thing is pointless. A good woman don't need to talk." Barret- "Outside where? I don't see 'em." Cid- "Right there." Barret- "Where?" Cid- "Over yonder, see? Near the cliff.........oh my GOD!!!" Barret- "What is it? What's going on- HOLY S#%!&!!! Look away Cid! LOOK AWAY RIGHT NOW!!!!" Cid- "I CAN'T! I CAN'T PULL MY EYES OFF 'EM!! IT DON'T SEEM POSSIBLE!!! HOW CAN THOSE THINGS EVEN EXIST!!!!!!!!" Red XIII- "Hello companions. I heard you screaming, is everythi- BY THE PLANET!!!! Yeah, I'm pretty sure it went something like that.

I like how Cloud's awkwardness with words isn't treated like a flaw that needs to be fixed. It's just a part of who he is.

For all they lost, they still have each other. This will be the scene in Final Fantasy VII R3 that will solidify them as gaming's greatest couple.

fun fact there is a deleted scene during they night together that consist that they will go to a Chocobo stable to spend the night and during the morning one of them will look from the door if there's someone outside before return basicly saying that they did it

"Words aren't the only thing that tell you what you are thinking" Thats basically their relationship in a nutshell right here. I hope Part 3 maintains the same level of intimacy. I dont need them to necessarily have sex to confirm mutual feelings but if its implied i will gladly take it!

I put the VA voices in this scene and imagine how it will be played out in part 3. If they do this justice, it will blow my mind just how rebirth totally knocked all the scenes i always imagined out of the park!

I hope hardcore Cleriths who drop hate bomb on Tifa understand even if some interactions are optional, Clerith can't have that obvious intimate romantic interaction EVEN when they have the option, it'll just lead to convo, ofcourse they care about each other, but never and will never reach the same level intimation as Cloud does to Tifa, and I even like Aerith, she is indeed the most beautiful char I think, but for Cloud, it's Tifa

This scene is very romantic and heartwarming. The player gets to see Cloud as the person he REALLY is, finally. He's a shy, anxious guy but whom has a big heart and a sweet sense of humour. This is why Tifa loves him so. I hope in Part 3 they hit the tone just right (I have faith because the VAs are so good!). Don't need it to be graphic, just make sure to show the two of them cuddling and comforting each other. That's real love.

They better have a better on-screen kiss during this scene in Part 3…😢

Hope game three sets this entire place up beautifully to show how tifa and cloud are great together and make advent delete itself. Rebirth had a great dynamic between them and even a kiss.

I really hope they nail this scene. seeing them alone is really sad but I like how they encourage and talk about what has happened up to this point. I like how vulnerable they are being and how they are telling each other that it's ok now because they're not alone. they have friends and each other and now they can fight back. it's really sweet so I'm really looking forward to it.

Oh their gonna bang in pt3. Count on it. And a cannon scene. No relationship levels or none of that crap. Go ahead and rate the game mature and tell the kids to turn their heads away when that scene comes up in the next game. Cause it’s going down! Barrett and cid will see a show this time 😂

Man, I can think of 23 ways they could expand this part of the game in part 3 of the Remake trilogy; though if I had to sum it up into one, it would be this: Cloud takes Tifa on a date (completely voluntarily), bringing her to many places across the world on the Highwind, maybe check up on the other party members that are spending time with their loved ones. It could end underneath the highwind, and changes depending on how much affinity is gained during the date. One other thing they could do is double the max level of affinity for Tifa after the trip through the lifestream, to show that her and Cloud's relationship is different from the rest. Not entirely sure how the affinity system will be handled as a whole in part 3.

I do hope that Part 3 of the Remake Trilogy will the Cloud and Tifa sex scene a thing.

Now if only Zidane and Garnet’s love story could have been like this, instead of being a selfish idiot and drugging and abandoning him the first chance she got to run back home like a moron.
