Does it make a difference? They were humans beings with families and loved ones like you or anyone else. These workers making the roads safer and user-friendly for less wear and tear on vehicles have a thankless, dangerous job. Condolences to the family and friends of the deceased. RIP

Fully Indian ship crew, flagged in Singapore. The ship had been involved in a previous accident hitting a stone pier, but that was 8 years ago so I've got no idea if it was the same Captain or not, I doubt that very much of the crew was the same after that amount of time.
