I love your honesty Gary, you are so right, so many projects and opportunities for us to have found during this period, I have given myself the time I needed to heal my body from continuous over doing the fitness and feel a refreshed human being. Fearne these sessions have been amazing, I have loved all those I have watched.

Gary Barlow's initials are GB. He is Mr GB of the music world. And his advice of just "carry on" is what the British do. Mr Barlow you are a great example to the whole of GB.
