It's interesting: out of the expressions in the first 34 seconds of the video, in Canada we would only really say "I'm sick". We understand the other ones, but we don't actually use them very often. We may say "I'm not feeling well", but typically "I'm feeling sick" is most common I'd say. Interesting how dialects change per region!
