also the fact that these guys are thieves and killers, makes it more funny there like a big messy chaotic family....thats the thing in animes i noticed the bad guy groups always tend to care for each other like a family. shows u that yes even bad guys can care for there team members....and those that died.

It's funnier in the dub because Shalnark goes "you sound like a girl with a crush!" And Feitan goes "girly girl!" With this cat-like face. The voice is so damn adorable and funny. It's crazy that they can make this cold blooded killer sound like an innocent child right after he literally burned Zazan alive.

Genei Ryodan is so unique and beautiful as a concept against the world that abandoned them in a cruel place. Yet, they love that place, and even protect it with their lives! These guys chemistry is just so fun to watch. I can see why Chrollo got really sad/mad and serious after what Hisoka did.

Awww. This is why it's so hard for me to take them as villains in this series... Watching Hisoka crushed few of them (I'm not gonna say who they are as it will be spoiler for anime only fans) is so heartbreaking. I really hope they ended up turning to good person, or like an antihero.. The bond they shared as nakama was so beautiful for villain type character.
