I'm so grateful to you for your videos. About a month ago I suffered a lot of strain passing bowels. The strain led to a debilitating pain. So painful that I was crying and begging God for mercy. An ER doctor diagnosed me with prostatitis. My primary care doctor said I didn't have prostatitis. I was scared and suffering so horribly. It was so impossible to pass a stool, due to the tightness, that I went three and a half days without passing one. I was so scared. But just this past weekend I stumbled across some info saying what I was dealing with might be chronic pelvic floor pain. Which led me to your morning stretch. And now your bedtime stretch. And the stretches are reaching the areas of strain and pain. And offering relief. 🙏 Thank you so much. This info is an absolute God send.

Same. I’ve been to so many urologists. My first one always misdiagnosed me and gave me antibiotics which caused me to develop SIBO which is a gut disorder where the bad bacteria take over. I’m treating that now with 2 other antibiotics and it’s made me so sick. Finally a new Dox diagnosed me with CPPS. The first doc would shame me for having sex and told me to just give it up and give up masturbation for good.

Now, I’m feeling again the pain in my pelvic, and I remembered the healing exercises of Michael Hodge, right now I’m doing the exercise morning and night. I would like to tell its really great helping me to heal my pelvic pain just three times doing this exercise, and I’m feeling better. I keep doing this exercise until my pelvic pain is gone. These exercises were fairly easy for me to start doing, I’m 57 years old and I can myself starting to lose my balance a little and I’m starting to feel like my hamstring in both legs are feeling like they’re constantly tight and there’s a pain on or near my joints where my hips and thigh bones joints are, but that’s most likely my arthritis that my doctor said the X-ray shows. Maybe I over did active workouts, training, para-jumping, martial arts, etc. I’m a Combat Veteran with the 82nd Airborne Division, road marches was a monthly thing, jumping out of aircraft’s required every 3 months or more during training or on Deployment and don’t forget about PT every Monday through Friday mornings before sunrise etc, so yeah I think I over done what my physical body could handle. Good stretches.

hi michael, you said you had debilitating pelvic pain. Could you explain if it ever caused severe pain when you had a bowel movement? this question is because i’ve experienced severe pelvic pain when i had diarrhea. a few times was bad pain, one time was excruciating. i’m getting my prostate checked out, but was wondering if pelvic pain had to do with bowel function. Was is strange is that the pain is perfectly centered in the pelvic area, and sometimes it doesn’t hurt in the center, but off to the sides a little. thank you

I've also experienced weird pain on my left hip and inside of my left thigh. I'm in great health otherwise. To anyone that suffers from this, does this sound familiar? I was masturbating as I was avoiding intimacy with my girl, and I noticed if I applied gentle pressure and massaged my perineum I could masturbate and no longer feel like I was on the edge. It was kinda feeling back to normal, is that indicative of pelvic floor tension? I even noticed some subtle but definitely there involuntary kegels even when I was flaccid. Would this video help me? Or is that not indicative of PF tension.
