That Fennel salad looks amazing and healthy. I really like the angle of where the camera is placed. I love your plates and chopping board, it looks colorful and rustic. But your voice is so nurturing and soothing, it calmed me down as I was stressed at work. I also like the soft music in the background. Perfect video!

Oh Wow! Our fennel plot is just about ready for harvest and I have a few honey mandarins left on the tree. I’m going to make this like now!

@@FontanaForniUSA hi I must thank you for your tip to soak them in baking soda. It holds up the fennel nicely even over night. I love this salad so much that I had it for like 5 days in a row. Throw in some apple slices or boiled egg for a kick. But overall, fennel and orange go perfectly together!!!
