How to make fenugreek oil at home for long hair.

Hey sis great video but you could have kept the grounded seeds in the oil and let it infuse longer for at least a month for potency. Then strain the the oil. Also instead of throwing the left over seeds away you could have save them and boiled it and used it for a hair mask.

Agreed, i sit mine on a candle warmer and let it infuse for a week before using, i also add other things (amla, coffee grinds, cocoa powder, hibiscus, moorings powder)....fenugreek makes it smell like maple syrup. I love fenugreek oil it really does work.

You can mask the smell with any sweet smelling Essential oil

Sure you can use castor oil, you can try adding a little bit of coconut oil to the castor to adjust its thick consistency

You can use as much as you want. The more seeds it makes the oil more potent.

Toasting the seeds lightly helps them blend faster into powder and also helps tone down the raw smell of fenugreek. Yes you can make the oil without having to toast the seeds

Yes you mix two different oils, the should just be as needed. For 1 cup of fenugreek seeds, you can use 1 and half cup of oil

You can apply it, wrap the hair and leave it for about an hour and then rinse it off but if you're not bothered about having so much oil in your hair just leave it in

@@foodieskitchen8830 you can use coconut oil for the extraction The amount of castor oil added is dependent on the quantity of fenugreek seeds you use. 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup will be fine

You can if you want. Just that some people prefer washing their hair first before applying cream or oil. It all depends on how you can manage it.

You can leave it overnight and then rinse it out the next day with a mild shampoo, simply apply without rinsing it out
