Thanks for watching everyone! Don’t forgot to like + sub 🚀 For the visual & audio aficionados out there you may notice that the audio quality isn’t that great and there’s a mark on the screen after a while. Well, not only did we have a dirty camera sensor but we also forgot to bring the microphone wire 🤌🏼 (What a 6am start will do to a team of 3 apparently 😂)

I swam in Baltic sea on monday - the water was at (un)comfortable 3.7 degrees. My plan was to manage to swim for at least 10 minutes. I emerged after 20, so I was happy. I took your advice from previous videos and got myself some neoprene accessories. Plus building your own system is one of the greatest tools, that you can utilize in pretty much any area of your life. Thank you for the amazing content!
