Uno de los mas grandes chef de toda la historia de la humanidad, y sin duda el chef mas involucrado con la innovación de la cocina en las ultimas decadas, un grande, genio, y sobre todo humilde, envidio de buena manera, a la gente que pudo o/ tiene la oportunidad de aprender de este hombre.
