Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Rice 1 cup.
2 glasses of water.
I have a glass of 200 ml.
Cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes.
The rice is cooked!
Pour the rice into the bowl.
Set aside to let the rice cool down.
100 ml of warm milk.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
1 teaspoon of salt.
6 grams of dry yeast.
Stir well so that the yeast dissolves.
The rice is cold!
Pour the milk mixture into the rice.
We mix.
Sift 250 g of wheat flour through a sieve.
This is necessary so that the bread becomes airy!
15 ml of sunflower oil.
We knead the dough with our hands.
Sprinkle the table with wheat flour.
Knead the dough on the table.
You need to knead for about 5 minutes.
Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil.
Cover and leave in a warm place for 1 hour to rise.
The dough rose very well!
Lubricate your hands with vegetable oil.
Lubricate the work surface with sunflower oil.
Line the form with parchment paper.
Knead the dough.
We make a ball out of the dough.
Place the dough ball in the pan.
Cover and leave to rise for 20 minutes.
Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 50-60 minutes.
The bread is ready!
Let it cool down a bit.
