The last few weeks I’ve been struggling, but I did the right thing and spoke to my team and parents about it (previous video!).
Today we got back on track.
AND I had a huge huge huge challenge - A CHEESE TOASTIE!!!!!!

You don’t know how proud I am of you I’ve struggled with something similar I had an eating disorder caused by anxiety saying if I ate I would get ill and I shouted at it and said you are talking rubbish and I am well and fine now you can do this I believe in and everyone else does too we love you Fi xx

Fi!! I am so proud of you!! Your face , your eyes..eating the cheese toasty..so alive!! Keep it up honey!! You’re doing AWESOME!! Focus on fun times like Uni and just hanging out with your friends who miss you terribly and LIVE YOU AND WANT YOU BACK!!!

Needed this right now 👌💓🌈 you must have known!!! Well done for being honest about the breakfast struggle. I have had to do the same at times. It's about recognising it's going wrong and doing something about it before it gets too hard and messy and even more scary!! Great to see you pushing yourself and going out of your comfort zone to avoid hospital, achieve recovery and get Fi back 💪💓🌈 Ps.... don't worry about crying in videos. It shows the reality of the distress caused by recovery from an eating disorder! The graph sounds like a great idea. I made a similar graph when I was in an EDU and it involved coming out of my wheelchair indoors, then outdoos, coffee trips, walks, days out with family. It really helped. You're definitely doing the next right thing.... Don't let the anorexic demon get in your head. I'm also in the catch 22 place. So frustrating. Wish I could just click my fingers and get to the point I need to be at for things to start feeling easier cognitively and physically without having to go through the process, as the process is being made harder by the fact my weight is too low. Grrrr!! As you say we just need to keep pushing forwards 💪🌈 we got this and remember you're not alone in fighting this xx before this video I was contemplating just allowing myself to go back to the hospital. Now I feel motivated to carry on with recovery at home, so thank you 🙏❤️

Eeee!! You opened the comments, you brave, brave lady. Now I can tell you straight away how helpful your videos are. The graph idea is brilliant, I also obsess over numbers and I hate it. Anorexia recovery is rarely linear. There are a lot of ups and some downs. One thing that was helpful in my recovery was to focus on just one meal or snack at a time. If I restricted at breakfast- ok, but just focus on eating all of my next snack. This helped me not slip into 'stinking thinking' and prevented lapses from becoming long relapses. You have made amazing progress already, keep going!

You are so brave luv, minute by minute,hour by hour you getting g there. Everything you make it through an hour without giving in the the voice of the illness, celebrate it, even if you feel rung out from fighting, celebrate it, shout at that voice and say, FI WINS, YOU LOOSE ANOTHER HOUR WOOHOOOO!!! Sorry you feel stuck, but you will get better. I am positive. You keep moving forward, against the wind, and you look prettier in each video. Beautiful blue eyes. Did I see a dimple? Hi Fi! I worked in a treatment center for ED’s and had people tell me that having a worker/friend/family member eat the same thing as them at the same time helped a lot and I was wondering if you feel this way too ?

In my experience its ultimately unhelpful as you need to learn to eat what is right for you personally and not expect everyone to eat exactly the same as you as that's not realistic in real life and is just another way to feel in control. Controlling others around you to feel justified to eat? ( personal opinion) ❤️

Food should always be measured in amazing tastes and flavours, by the amount of good memories we create eating a meal with friends and family and by the satisfying knowledge that ALL foods nourish and power our bodies. Calories- we don't need them! ❤️
