Although San Andreas had literal FBI agents but they’re kind of the same anyways, I’d say GTA SAs agents were more hard, hell they rushed towards you in a tricked out Rancher that was faster than a Cop Rancher, 4 agents, 3 passengers and driver, once they got out, they’d unload their whole SMG clips

@Stix N' Stones NOOSE and FIB have a different AI than the normal cops, and the only thing more tactical they do in GTA 4 is stay in formation, other than that, NOOSE officers in GTA 5 are just as tactical and also use the correct handsigns and teargas.

@Stix N' Stones "they were normal characters balanced around fun" it is absolutely not fun to be chased by the FIB who have insanely good accuracy and shoot SMG's from their cars. the difficulty with the police in GTA 4 was completely random. most of the time you got the NOOSE and cops which were so laughably easy to survive, but then sometimes you got the FIB instead of NOOSE which was downright unfair.

I did a "Fun Fact" video a couple of years back with one "Fact" claiming that the weaker weapon class is the reason they spawn. BUT that was wrong, they spawn no matter what weapon you have... it seems random with the only exception I noticed is that you'll have a higher chance getting them when driving fast trough Algonquin. I was really trying to look for a consistent pattern (using vanilla unmodded game, both 1.0.7.0 and 1.0.8.0 versions) and was not confident enough to make any definitive claims in the video.

I believe that ambient event got removed awhile ago. (At least in online) It was actually on 360 and PS3, and was the only way to get the FIB vehicles in free roam at the time.

Also add a unmarked merit. They should also add 70/80% of the agents fleet: Plain unmarked vehicles that few people would expect. Example: Radi, Landstalker, etc. And for most license plates of the FIB vehicles: they should be Normal License Plates. However it can be exempt if requested. And also, maybe use more colors of the vehicle? I mean black is a good part of the FIB fleet but it is kinda not completely accurate. Maybe use more colors such as white, red, silver, blue, gold, etc.

Jona Henry Yes, I know, that is why I am suggesting that vehicle, because in real life, FBI agents use alot of unmarked chevy impalas. Also, I think there is a lack of sedans/suv/trucks on the gta 5. Because rockstar is too busy on super cars and military vehicle.
