Chooch, normally, most of that tray (I believe it holds 50) would be ones that I would keep, and the few larger or smaller ones would be removed. In that particular case, I was keeping only 4. I would push them up from the bottom, and pick them out. Usually, I'd be keeping 40 out of 50 or so, so I'd pick those few out. To quickly remove the rest, which would be the ones I want, I just quickly turn it upside down, and slam it on the table, and most of them pop out. Once upside down, you can tap it again, and/or push the head out gently.
