In this Episode of Field Target Tech, disassemble an LG 110 FT regulator, inspect and clean the internal parts to correct the pressure fluctuations I was having.

As already said, you didn't completely strip the regulator. The shuttle needs to come out and you probably should have replaced the seals also. Without a reg checker you also don't know what pressure it now functions at, if it recovers quickly after a shot cycle, if it creeps in pressure over time, etc. This is a video of how to do a half assed job unfortunately.

Ivo, Yes you are correct. This was only a quick disassembly to clean it, at the time, I did not have a regulator tester, and did not want to tear the whole thing apart. I have since gotten a regulator tester, and have torn it completely apart and rebuilt it. I will do a follow up video where I go into the entire rebuild process.

Hi mate, you actually are doing half of the job. You did not pull the piston out of the body to clean it and it's O-ring and lubricate after cleaning. Believe me there is a plenty of dirt that is formed there by the aged grease under pressure. The way you only sink it in alcohol is worth near to nothing - the dirt stays there.

@@vaibhavtandon2924 Hi, the way the spring washers came out is (())(()). However I put them in the following order: ()()()() This is the way it used to be in old production regulators and gives more constant velocity results.
