+Jose Castillo first time fake shot, protect the ball, precision dribble, and roulette. Precision dribble to switch directions and maintaining possession. First time fake shot or protect the ball as your first touch. Roulette if they are running at you.

Probably a stupid question, but do you hold the sprint button down all the time while passing and attacking? When you do a trough ball and your player is about to recive the ball, do you release the sprint button?

+Falk4President I rarely ever hold the sprint button it messes up the pass and attack. I use it really only when I am going on the counter attack or attacking with my winger with a ton of open space in front. I do press the sprint button only if I have a ton of space in front of me when receiving a through ball. The first touch will be affected so if there is not a ton of space you will lose possession.
