I think only can increase or decrease 4 points of growth, but it's enough for sure

What I do is after i agree a fee with the club, I delgate the contract negotiations and then save. Then after a contract is agreed I make a note of the players value and accept the cntract and look at their value in the transfer hub and see if their value has increased. If it has you are good, but if it hasnt then you just back out of the save, reload it and accpet the contract until the value increases.

I hate the unrealistic transfers in fifa 20. Tried to save then reload if there is a stupid transfer but sadly i think all cpu transfers are set from the start.

It happened to me in fifa 19 with sessegnon who was an exciting prospect with 89 potential but when he came to my club he became a showing great potential and if i get him back to an exciting prospect how can i know that he will have 89 potential again and not 87

What will happend if You get a Good potential youth player and upgrade him him to your first team and then tries to loan him Out but he does not get any offers. Will he then get downgraded in potential Because of lack of playtime?

EA really needs to unpatch that money glitch or allow us to use financial takeover whenever we fucking want

In FIFA 21 the players that were signed from the club's youth academy will reset after each season. I've got one of 94, in the 2nd season he's an exciting prospect, 3rd season he's showing a great potential, and in the 4th ... you've guessed it, he's at the club from 2020! 🙂 And no, I did not loaned him anywhere. On the contrary, I've won everything with him in the starting 11.

If they're potential increased then they're Value would increase from they're original value when u bought them

I tried the loan glitch, it worked for exciting prospect from showing great potential, and when I tried to go for a has potential to be special the value increased but the status became at club since, can u explain me why? Edit: the player was 22 years old
