I actually have a story for one of the fights at Super Smash Con: It was a fight between a CFL player and a tampa player. Before the event, there was a pre-local that involved a money match and after the match was won, there was no payout. So one of the tampa players heard of this and decided to defend a friend by threatening the cfl player that owed money. Since he was in the middle of bracket, he told him to discuss it later. The tampa player then grabbed him by the neck and asked "what are you gonna do?!" And that's when the cfl player swinged at his jaw. Both players were DQ'ed and the tampa player had to get stitches. tl;dr money was owed for a money match that wasn't paid, one player had to get stitches

Y’know, after keeping up with your news (which, I gotta say, “Zero Hour” sounds to me like a 🔥 name for your news videos) about the Smash drama, I’m so thankful I never got this deep into the community. Sure I’m a diehard Smash player (Cloud main) and the moments where the community has shone have been some of my favorite content these past years, there is *so much* toxicity that just keeps getting worse the more I look at it. I’m quite content now to play with friends, maybe jump online, or just spar lvl 9 cpu’s, as well as watch videos from you and other Smash content creators like Hbox and Marss. But as of right now, I’m so sad about the state of this community, a community that had the potential to be so tightly-knit amongst all others
